Inspired by her mother's career in hair additions, Erica began helping out at her mothers salon and eventually stepped into a management position.

Eager to delve deeper than surface-level treatments, Erica explored the medical field to enhance her understanding of hair health. Equipped with this newfound knowledge, she returned to open her own salon, invigorated and determined to help clients uncover the underlying causes of hair loss, aiming for all her clients natural hair to regain strength and vitality; As well as helping women regain their confidence through hair additions.

With 22 years of experience as a Hair Addition Specialist, Erica is recognized for her compassion and honesty. Additionally, Bobbi is a Nationally Certified "Master Hair Replacement & Additions Specialist."

As a National Educator and Platform Artist for major hair replacement manufacturers since 2005, she has influenced product development. Beyond her professional work, she incorporates natural healing practices, such as meditation and sound healing, to address the emotional aspects of wellbeing.

She also hosts retreats focused on self-care and personal growth, offering activities like yoga and mindfulness while fostering a supportive community. Bobbi's holistic approach reflects her commitment to helping women find self-love and acceptance, further emphasized by her work as an educator and speaker in the industry.
